Jess: First and foremost, this book is more romance than fantasy (which is why you'll find it in the romance section). But before you say "blegh" because its hanging out with the "bodice-rippers"- read on. I absolutely devoured these books. They are lighter reads, but still amazing. The fantasy elements are incredibly interesting, with a new twist on werewolves, a familiar pattern with hearth witches, and a really interesting castle (read to find out :p). Both "Sun Witch" and "Moon Witch" are absolutely delectable tales, and Jones delivers well on romance as well as fantasy. All together they were both incredible and engrossing stories, and I thoroughly look forward to the third installment. NEWS: "Star Witch" will be released in mass market paperback in December of this year. |
